Juniors are the future of our organization. If we teach them the programs and instill in them a sense of pride in being a member then they will continue to belong. A pretty red flower may catch their attention but it will be the guidance and support of senior members that will create the love of an organization which they will be proud to remain a member of for a lifetime.
