1. Complete your membership transmittal using one of the options below.
a. Complete the fillable transmittal form found by clicking here
b. Complete the transmittal form on paper
2. Make your payment via ECHECK or CREDIT CARD by clicking here. (Note – a $35 return check fee if the check does not clear the bank)
3. Submit the Unit Transmittal Form and any New Member Applications
