All Delegate Information Forms will be sent via email. You may mail in your payments or pay online. If paying online your bank may have a limit on how much you can authorize daily. In addition you can not authorize payments for the same amount in a 24 hour period or the system will think that it is a duplicate payment. It is recommended that large registration amounts be mailed to the PO Box on the Reservation Form.
If paying online by check there is not a fee. However, if you are paying by debit card or credit card there is a surcharge to cover the processing cost.
If you are paying online your reservation will not be held until the reservation form is received by the registrar. These can be emailed to registrar@alatexas.org. The reservation form is a fillable pdf for your connivence.
